Bonded in an embrace, their branches intertwine. Two souls entwined find strength where once was pine. Alone each stood swaying wherever winds may blow, but finding root in each the barren field did grow.
This piece depicts life’s solitary strife, and joy in communion bringing fruit from struggle’s knife. It tells how two being one can weather any storm, by sharing in each other’s shelter from wild swarm. Through tangled boughs support is given free, deepening the soil for new growth blessed be.
It is my hope that viewers grasp friendship’s roots run deep, moistening loneliness prone to slumber steeper steep. May all who see find in life’s wintry plain, a soul to grasp as growth rings they gain. For in confiding mutual weaknesses made force, the solitary find community’s course. Entwining tales, like trees, together tell that this world’s solace is friend found, hard fare dispel.
